Wow...I am tired. Emotionally, physically, spiritually. I am tired.
After jumping off the overnight train, climbing about a bus/van for a two hour drive (through some pretty crazy driving), and then spending the rest of the day in a tsunami village where approximately 50% of the people died meeting with orphaned kids and widows, I am ready for bed (as is the rest of the team). So...for a more complete blog entry you will have to wait until tomorrow.

ReplyDeleteIt was fantastic and surreal to hear Rachel's voice today—half way around the world—on our wedding anniversary! I new it would be difficult to make calls and I was prepared to not hear from her at all. But to hear her voice so clear and know she was half way around the world was strange (and fantastic). Thank you so much to the team member who let her borrow their phone! Get some good rest, guys.
